How do we secure our date?

We ask for a 30% non refundable deposit to secure your date. Your balance is not due until 6 weeks before your big day. Changes can be made up until this point.

Can I make changes to my order?

Of course! You can make changes up until your final balance is due, 6 weeks before your big day.

Can I come in and view your props?

Absolutely, we’d love to see you! Please fill in our ‘Book a Consultation’ form to arrange this.

Will you deliver to my venue?

Our HQ is in Littlehampton, West Sussex. We cover the whole of Sussex and will consider travelling further for your big day. Please get in touch to chat to us.

Can you set up the props for me?

We’d love to! Please view our packages here and book a consultation if you would like to discuss further.

Can I order wedding cake samples?

Yes, we’d love you to! Please visit Big Spoon to order your box of 4 flavours. The box is £25 and if you choose to book with us, this is deducted from your final quote.

What if an item gets damaged at my wedding?

We take an ‘accidents happen’ deposit when your final balance is due to cover the cost of any damage. This is refunded within 10 working days after your wedding, once we have checked over the items for any damage.

How long do you get Sylvie the Photo Booth for?

You have access to Sylvie for 3 hours, we recommend between 7pm and 10pm, but you are welcome to have her earlier than this.

Do you supply props with the Photo Booth?

Yes, absolutely! We will provide signs, wigs, hats, glasses, inflatables and so on for you to get dressed up into! The sillier the better!

Are the prints included with the Photo Booth hire price?

Yes, we include the physical prints in your package. You can add a photo book/guest book for an additional charge.
